PROBLEM:

PHP web applications based on the Horde Framework versions 3.0.3 and
prior may be vulnerable to cross-site scripting. This is because input
is not properly sanitised when setting the parent frame's page title.

IMPACT:
An attacker can potentially cause arbitrary HTML and scripted content
to be executed in the user's web browser in the context of the site
using Horde.

MITIGATION:

The Horde Framework version 3.0.4 has been released fixing this
vulnerability.
