Surecross Wireless Vehicle Detection Systems offer solutions that are easy to deploy, in temporary or permanent locations. The flexible solutions are expandable and configurable to the area being managed and monitored.
To improve the robustness of the solution additional, radar and other sensors can be beneficial in detecting vehicles while minimising false alarms from pedestrian or other sources.
Where appropriate, sensors can be concealed within street furniture and signals are sent back to a central control station within a line of sight range of up to 2 miles. Where they are presented to operators via our own, or 3rd party display systems for analysis.
Solution Specification will vary with the application to meet the client’s requirements.
Surecross is a Wireless network that can be used to link up to 40 sensors to a single Gateway. The system has a line-of-sight range of up to 2 miles, is licence free, and uses Frequency Hopping Spread Spectrum technology to provide a secure, robust, interference-free network designed for use in difficult industrial environments.
The system can be used in both permanent or temporary installations, with battery life up to 5 years (depending on the details of the application). When a temporary installation is removed, the system can be reconfigured for use in another installation.
